Reasonable Hourly and Flat Fees
Our commitment is to charge you a fair and reasonable legal fee so that you will use us again when you or your family need legal advice. Because the law is so complex and each case is so different we cannot quote an exact legal fee until we have me personally with you for a free consultation or case evaluation. After a consultation, you will know where you stand legally and what it will cost to have us go to work for you. In most cases an hourly fee with a retainer fee is required. In some cases, such as traffic tickets, a one time flat fee is charged.

Note, that personal injury cases are always handled on a contingent fee basis so that you pay no legal fees or costs unless we obtain a recovery for you. When we do make a recovery, our fees are a percentage of the total recovery and the court costs and expenses of the cases are also paid out of the recovery.
